WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We don't accept personal checks because doing so would add an administrative layer to our operation and increase our costs.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you place an order, you will receive two emails. You will receive confirmation of your order, and then you'll receive confirmation of shipment. Your shipment confirmation will include a tracking number if the order is going to an address in the continental United States.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please consult our return policy before attempting a return. 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We work with a fulfillment warehouse in Seattle, Washington. We usually send our outstanding orders to the warehouse on a weekly basis. Shipping within the continental United States usually takes one to two weeks. It will take anywhere from four to eight weeks for your copy to arrive for an international order. 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. But please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses. 

WHY IS YOUR COST FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SO HIGH? 

The high cost of international shipping is a fact of life. Even the most basic post is expensive. See International Priority Air Mail rates here. You might check for a stockist in your area and avoid shipping on an individual edition.  

WILL I NEED TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES?

Customs policies vary from country to country. Consequently, your order might be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches the country of destination. You will have to bear any additional charges as Breath has no control over them. 

IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET A COPY OF AN ISSUE THAT HAS SOLD OUT?

Breath is offset printed, so any additional copies would require an investment in an entirely new print run. Consequently, we do not reprint any issues that have sold out. You might scour stockists who might still have copies that haven't yet sold.  

HOW OFTEN IS BREATH PUBLISHED?

We hope to publish twice a year, once in the spring and then again in the fall. We haven't incorporated any drop-dead publishing dates yet. 

DO YOU PLAN A DIGITAL VERSION OF BREATH?

No. We aren't planning on establishing a digital version of Breath. You might see excerpts of certain articles on the website, but we believe our mission is to create a tactile experience. 

CAN I STOCK BREATH IN MY RETAIL OR ONLINE SHOP?

Yes. You can order wholesale packs directly through our website. Please send us an e-mail once you receive your copies of Breath so we can update our stockists page. Alternatively, please contact us at: info@breathmagazine.com.

CAN I CONTRIBUTE TO THE NEXT ISSUE?

Please contact us directly for any submissions that you wish to make. While we accept submissions, Breath promotes a definite perspective and therefore we don't accept that many submissions.
